Haines Signature 543F (New Aug 2021)

The team at John Crawford Marine are excited to offer the next family this heavily optioned Haines Signature 543F that was delivered new in August 2021.

The Haines family have built the Signature range of boats here in the SE corner of Qld for decades and truly build a sensational family trailer boat. In many people’s minds, the main feature of a Signature is not just its suitability for fishing and boating; it is about its sea kindliness, its ability to make lousy weather tolerable, and mediocre sea conditions comfortable underway.

This package is powered by a big block Mercury 135Hp 135EXLPT EFI four stroke that is a perfect power and weight match on the transom of this hull delivering exceptional fuel economy and the known Mercury reliability. 

The annual engine service was completed recently in August and like all outboards sold through JCM, they are pre-tested to ensure you are buying a quality and reliable JCM Certified outboard, backed with the assurances that JCM provides.

Saving you the anxiety of potentially buying from the private market and taking risks.  Balance of factory remains to August 2027 and 292 hours engine hours are confirmed.

Further “Options-List” was tacked at the time of order including an upgraded prop from an alloy to a stainless steel “Inertia” propellor, Seastar hydraulic steering system was fitted and standard engine gauges upgraded to the Mercury Vessel View 403 dash screen.

The dash has the “Signature” touch of class with a beautifully presented array of quality electronics, like the Garmin 12” 8412xsv touch screen combo GPS/Sounder. Featuring Garmin’s built in mapping and linked to a Garmin GT transducer that offers CHIRP down Vu and Side Vu capabilities. No excuses now for not finding the fish or knowing where you are!

The dash also housed the JL Audio MM50 Bluetooth stereo head unit and the Lowrance VHF radio.. Anchoring is made easy as the rig features a Viper 1000 electric anchor winch fitted with an anchor kit. Press a button for anchor down and press a button for the anchor up!

Overhead quality weather covers are fitted with a bimini top offering shade and reprieve from the midday sun and both front and side clears have also been fabricated and fitted as pictured.

F – for Family and F – for Fishing… and the cockpit can do both perfectly with a folding rear lounge, cockpit safety grab rails, genuine Haines Signature bait prep station, salt water deck wash, soft floor foam flooring and so much more as outlined and listed in detail further below.

The cabin is light, airy thanks to the cabin windows and large overhead hatch. Plenty of storage for the safety gear and days items can be placed either in the large side pockets or under the upholstered bunks. The vee berth also has the centre infill squab making a large bed for an overnighter or perfect place for the children to catch a nap after a big morning on the water.

Under the centre infill there is enough room for a chemical toilet/porta-potti, should you wish to add one in for further comforts aboard.

If out overnight, turn on the Hella underwater transom lights for mood and entertainment, seeing what is attracted to the lights and if an angler, these lights make for great squid and bait fish collecting.
