John Crawford Marine

Introducing the Trailer Sailer Library

Step into John Crawford Marine's digital archive, where a treasure trove of Trailer Sailor (TS's) information awaits. Our collection boasts the most extensive compendium of past marketing brochures, boat tests, reviews and general information compiled on Trailer Sailers ever stored in Australia, information spanning back to the 1960s.

This remarkable archive of information on Trailer Yachts, or as they are more commonly known, Trailer Sailers, draws from a rich array of paper records discovered in JCM's storeroom and the generous contributions of passionate enthusiasts.

While John Crawford Marine may no longer be in the business of selling Trailer Sailors, our team takes immense pride in preserving the history of this once-thriving segment of the boating industry. We offer this wealth of information as a free resource, inviting fellow Trailer Sailor enthusiasts to delve into its depths for reading and research.

Trailer Sailer Library - Make and Model (A-Z)

Folder B63 (revised Boomerang 20)

Note: while the press occasionally called this design a "Boomerang B63", it was actually sold as a B63. Whilst the hull was the same as the original Boomerang, everything else was different -  so much so that it caused much heated discussion and an eventual split in the Boomerang Association.

Folder Catalina 22

The Catalina 22 is an upgraded Boomeroo 22.
