As a first boat, the Quintrex runabout is quite simply the pick – easy to launch and retrieve, very economical top run, offer a class leading ride with the unique Quintrex hull and cater for a days boating with a large cockpit, easy reboarding after a swim and the angler in the family isn’t left out either!

As the photos depict, this 450 Fishabout Pro is fitted with an upgraded Yamaha 60Hp four stroke rather than a 50Hp, and the 60Hp provides ample power to push the family across the boat whilst sipping fuel.

And right now, economy has never been so important! The Yamaha has been both mechanically and computer tested and has balance of factory warranty remaining until February 2024.

Quality sun and weather protection with an overhead bimini top, front and side clears plus a storm cover has been fabricated. Seating for 5 is provided and we love the upgraded driver and passenger seat incorporating high backs and bolsters for improved comfort.

The dash is well laid out with 2 digital Yamaha engine gauges, a Lowrance Hook 5 TS colour screen sounder/GPS and this has been linked to an upgraded “Side and Down” view transducer, that the angler in the family will love to use.
