Heavily optioned with all the goodies an offshore angler desires just read on to the accessory and feature list to appreciate the quality of fit out and set up. Built and purchased new in 2018 from our local Surtees dealer and has had since new logbook servicing.

Powered by a fly by wire (Digital shift) Yamaha F200XCA EFI four stroke that has recorded a verified 267 hours since new. The XCA 200Hp is a perfect match for the 650 Game Fisher providing economy and efficiency backed with Yamaha’s known reliability. Spinning a stainless steel propeller and steering is made light by the Ultraflex hydraulic steering and range is assured with the underfloor 200l fuel tank.

The helm is “boat art”, with an array of quality electronics all very neatly and professionally installed. 

The Garmin Echomap Plus 95SV GPS/Sounder is a 9” touch screen unit, a Garmin 110 VHF radio is installed for on water communications and a Fusion (new unit to be installed) will provide the tunes for those that like some sounds aboard. A press of a button the Lone Star electric drum winch comes to life, balancing the lateral trim is a breeze with the factory fitted Lectrotab trim tabs.

Seating is provided by way of two comfortable driver and passenger helm chairs with high backs and bolsters (even seat protection covers are included), a reverse dickie seat and the ¾ width transom fold down bench seat.

Overhead the hardtop provides genuine protection from the wind and spray and Surtees have well engineered the roof with grab rails, a Radar plate and we like how the 8 rod holder mounted can be unbolted to reduce the overall height for storage.

Offshore the Surtees hull comes through with a fine entry and the flooding keel is incorporated in this boat. 

As the Surtees web page states “When at rest, with the gate open, the keel fills with water giving you maximum stability, providing more comfort for you and your crew and allows you to safely move around the cockpit. And in rough conditions the Anti-Roll Lock™ Shut-off Gate can be sealed to retain the ballast water, making the boat heavier, giving you a smoother non-pounding ride and extra stability underway”

The cockpit is the heart of this boat and with clever design, from deep internal freeboard, huge side pockets for storage, soft floor tube matting, room for an esky under the drivers seat and cockpit lighting. 

The transom has fitted a quality bait board with rod holders and tackle storage trays and on the port walk through a large plumbed live bait tank is installed.

For those that like their overnighting or young ones that require a kip during the day, the cabin is light and airy, again loads of storage under the bunks and in the side pockets. Bunk infills are included making the cabin one large, upholstered area along with a cabin privacy screen.

Trailering

The rig is trailered on a quality, locally made Redco Sportsman multi troller, RE200T-MO trailer that cradles the hull and allows the competent skipper to drive and off at the ramp. With an ATM of 2500Kg’s the trailer is fitted with 4 wheel the Hydrastar electric over hydraulic braking system. You will need a large 4wd that has a tow capacity of at least 2500kg’s or more to safely tow.
