| Hi Matthew and team, I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how much help the information stored in your trailer sailer library on the web site has been. I have been looking for a trailer sailer for some time now (sometimes dreaming I think!) and the information has been invaluable in understanding the attributes of the myriad of boats out there. I come from a big boat background so a lot of these boats are new to me. Of course sometimes you have to read between the lines in some of the advertising and reviews but it is still a great source of information. I hope you can keep this library up and running and if there is anything I come across which would be of use I would certainly send it to you for uploading. When I first walked into the your yard to look at what was being asked for similar boats I was struck by how helpful and knowledgeable you and your staff were. I had already heard good things about how you operate from a friend who had both bought and sold with you (same boat years apart). Advice provided on all aspects of boat packages including trailers and correct documentation was much appreciated. This knowledge as well as your on line resource information made it easy for me to understand what to look out for when buying or selling boats. It became clear that my trailer should have had brakes at the time I bought it privately so I had these fitted. As keen as l was, l found another Stacer Nomad 469 at a dealer in Darwin that was in excellent condition and low hours - nearly everything else l had seen up here was very tired looking and thats why l was very interested in the boat you guys had there. With the freight cost it was better for me to make the purchase up here, however when l moved back east l will come and see for an upgrade one day!! l will also recommend you to anyone l know over your way looking for a boat! | Dear Matthew, On behalf of the RBC Members, their families/guests and all participants I would like to thank you most sincerely for your support of our major fishing competition that was held over the recent May long weekend. The 2011 Wilson / Redlands Boat Club Inshore Offshore Family Fishing Classic was without question the most successful fishing event ever staged by the Redlands Boat Club with some 180 Senior and 80 Junior entries registering in spite of the adverse weather conditions and the weekend forecast on the Friday. The weigh-in and Presentation on Monday saw a huge crowd filling the clubhouse (both inside and out) that was estimated at 400 people. All participants who entered in both our Senior and Junior Categories walked away with a quality prize regardless of whether they weighed a fish or not, this would not have been possible without your support – so thank you again. Clearly the interest in our event continues to grow each year as more and more people recognize the quality and value for money that our competition represents for Families.
